Copyright & Intellectual Property
© 2026 Reactor Realms. All rights reserved. The Reactor Realms website, original written lore, card names and text, graphic design, logos, card-frame compositions, rules presentation, characters, setting material, printable Preview presentation, and other original creative expression are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
Reactor Realms™ is used as the project and brand name. The ™ symbol does not represent a claim of federal trademark registration. No third-party trademark is claimed by Reactor Realms.
Copyright does not protect abstract game ideas, procedures, systems, or mechanics by themselves. This notice claims rights only in protectable original expression and other rights that may apply.
No website asset, logo, card frame, card image, story text, printable or generated file, or other project material may be sold, repackaged, redistributed as a competing product, stripped of its Preview markings, or used to imply endorsement without written permission, except for the personal-use permissions expressly granted below.
Free Preview / Print-and-Play License
Reactor Realms grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the official public Preview files from ReactorRealms.com and print reasonable copies for personal, noncommercial gameplay, playtesting, teaching the game to friends, and ordinary private game-night use.
You may share a link to ReactorRealms.com and may show reasonable portions of the game in reviews, commentary, streams, news coverage, and gameplay videos. This permission does not authorize selling printed cards, selling digital files, operating a commercial proxy/card-print service using Reactor Realms assets, removing watermarks or ownership notices, distributing extracted art/frame assets, or presenting unofficial material as official.
No permission is granted to use Reactor Realms site assets, card images, lore, or Community Vault content as a dataset for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or improving machine-learning or generative-AI systems without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Community Submission Terms
Community submissions are public. By publishing a card concept, creator/display name, artwork, rules text, or notes through the Forge, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that material and that it does not knowingly violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Reactor Realms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, transmit, and publicly show that submission as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, back up, demonstrate, and promote the Reactor Realms Community Vault and related community features. This limited license does not automatically transfer ownership of your work to Reactor Realms.
A Community Vault submission does not automatically become an official Reactor Realms card, does not promise compensation, and does not grant Reactor Realms the right to incorporate your original submission into a commercial product beyond the limited Community Vault license above. If Reactor Realms wants to adopt a community-created concept or artwork for official commercial use, separate permission or a separate written agreement should be obtained unless another agreement already applies.
Reactor Realms may hide or remove submissions, disable voting, or restrict access when reasonably necessary for moderation, legal compliance, security, infringement concerns, abuse prevention, or protection of the project/community. Do not submit confidential information, private personal information, or material you are not comfortable making public.
Privacy Notice
Cookie / storage choice: Reactor Realms does not intentionally use advertising cookies. The site stores a small browser preference recording whether you allow the optional Realm Visits statistic. Choosing Essential Only prevents the site from creating or sending the anonymous visitor-counter identifier. Community voting may still create a functional browser identifier when you choose to vote so repeat voting can be limited.
The public site does not require a Reactor Realms user account for the current Preview or Community Vault. When you publish through the Forge, the Community backend may store the display name you choose, card concept data, optional artwork and artwork filename, submission timestamp, vote count, web/rules version metadata, and technical data needed by the hosting/storage providers to deliver the service.
Voting uses a randomly generated browser identifier stored in your browser's localStorage under rr_community_voter_id so the current system can limit repeat voting from the same browser. It is not intended to identify you by name. Clearing browser storage may remove that local identifier.
The public Realm Visits footer can read and display the aggregate visitor total without creating a local visitor identifier. If you choose Allow Site Stats, the site also uses a separate randomly generated browser identifier stored in localStorage under rr_site_visitor_id. Supabase stores that random identifier with first-seen and last-seen timestamps and a page-load count so the site can count recorded page visits. The public website displays only the aggregate recorded-visit total. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers, or using another device may cause the same person to be counted again.
Community data and artwork are currently hosted through Supabase. The website host, Supabase, Google Fonts, and other third-party resources may receive ordinary network information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and timestamps as part of delivering their services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
The Comments & Suggestions form may store an optional name/display name and email address, the feedback category, subject, message, optional page/card/topic context, submission timestamp, and web/rules version metadata. Feedback sent through that form is intended to be private to the Reactor Realms project and is not displayed in the public Community Vault. If you provide an email address, it is used only as a contact route for responding to or following up on that feedback.
The Realm Dispatch mailing list stores the email address you submit, the page that signup came from, subscription status, timestamps, and site-version metadata so Reactor Realms can send project, release, product, playtest, and major development updates. Mailing-list records are not public. You can request removal through the private Feedback form; any future bulk email system should also include its own unsubscribe link.
At this version, Reactor Realms does not intentionally run a first-party behavioral advertising profile or sell Community Vault submission or private feedback data to advertisers. Public Community submissions are, by design, visible to other visitors and may be copied or shared by people outside Reactor Realms's control.
Do not publish sensitive personal information. Community features are not intended for children who are below the age at which they may independently consent to online services in their location. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required.
AI-Assisted Content
Reactor Realms uses AI-assisted tools in portions of its creative-development workflow, including visual development, writing/code assistance, image analysis, and production experiments. AI-assisted material is directed, selected, reviewed, edited, composited, arranged, tested, and integrated into the broader project by the creator.
The public Development page explains the workflow in plain language and shows the custom Reactor Realms Card Studio used to manage card data, art, layout, testing, export, and production work. Read the full AI Development Disclosure →
Copyright and ownership claims on this site apply only to the extent a particular element is protectable under applicable law; no claim is made that purely machine-generated material receives protection where the law does not provide it.
Community submitters remain responsible for ensuring they have permission to share any AI-assisted or third-party material they upload.
Third-Party Platforms, Services & Marks
Reactor Realms may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Supabase, Untap.in, Ko-fi, YouTube, Twitch, X, Google Fonts, Kickstarter, and charitable organizations. Their names, logos, trademarks, services, availability, privacy practices, and terms belong to their respective owners.
Unless explicitly stated, a link, logo, compatibility reference, or planned platform integration does not mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, owns, or is affiliated with Reactor Realms.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site or Community Vault to upload or distribute unlawful material; infringing content; malware; deceptive impersonation; harassment or threats; private personal information without permission; sexually exploitative content; or material designed to interfere with the site, storage, voting, moderation, or other users.
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, circumvention of image-protection measures, abuse of the voting system, or attempts to bypass technical limits may be blocked. Public availability of a browser-delivered asset does not itself grant a license to reuse that asset outside the permissions stated on this page.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Responsibility
Reactor Realms is in active development. Preview rules, card text, balance, artwork, availability, community features, and online-play plans may change. The website and free Preview are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
Community submissions represent their respective submitters, not official Reactor Realms positions. External links and third-party services are outside Reactor Realms's direct control.
Copyright, Privacy & Takedown Requests
If you believe content on ReactorRealms.com infringes rights you own, exposes personal information that should be removed, or otherwise requires legal review, identify the specific material and the basis for the request and contact Reactor Realms through an official project contact channel linked from this site. Until a dedicated legal email is published, the official social links in the footer are the public contact route.
Reactor Realms may temporarily hide disputed Community Vault material while a good-faith rights request is reviewed. Fraudulent or knowingly false infringement claims may themselves have legal consequences.
Changes to These Terms
These policies may be updated as the game, Community Vault, physical release, online play, or site infrastructure changes. The effective date and web version at the top of this page identify the published policy revision. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
